Description
This popular sea fish is quite a delicacy with a higher concentration of omega-3 fatty acids. Surmai is flavourful by itself and requires light marination, you can opt to fry, grill, barbeque, smoke or use it in curries. It is a good source of Phosphorus, and a very good source of protein, Niacin, Vitamin B12 and Selenium. Please note that we charge only for the final weight after cutting. Cuts available: Fillet
